Refund Policy

Policy for Domestic Orders

  • No refunds are provided. Orders can only be exchanged within 2 days of order delivery.
  • Exchange and Replacement can only be done for sizes, wrong, and defective products. 
  • In case of size or product exchange, an INR 199/- reverse shipping fee is applicable. This includes shipping of the new product.
  • In exceptional circumstances only, Return/Refunds are accepted only for wrong product, defective product and  missing items. Customer must request for a return within 1 day of delivery and must provide a Product Opening video for any  missing or damaged product complaints. 
  • A product Opening Video is a must for missing or damaged product complaints. 
  • Replacement/ Return will be accepted only if the product is unused and the tags are intact. 
  • To avoid the hassle of Return and Exchange, please consult our size chart on each product page to choose the correct fit. 
  • Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed. No refunds will be provided in case you wish to cancel a prepaid order. 
  • Exchange orders (orders which have been exchanged once against original order) are not eligible for exchange, return or refund.

Policy for International Orders

  • Unfortunately, Returns, Replacements, and Refunds are not possible for International Orders. We urge you to check our Size Chart on each product page while ordering. 
  • In case you have received a wrong, smaller size, or damaged product, we request you to write to us at sonaadorasales@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with a photograph/video of the product (size, damaged, missing, or wrong product). Our team shall get in touch with you and assist you with the refund or replacement, whichever is applicable. 

NOTE: A product Opening Video is a must for missing or damaged product complaints.

  • In case of a refund, the amount will be initiated to the original account, which will be credited within 10 – 15 working days.
